Your personal dealer of an absurd amount of flash and grain.
Buttercup is all about weddings and analog photography. With flash or without, your wedding day will be forever burned into a thin layer of 35 mm, 120 mm or instant film. Choose your prefered style and let the magic of film photography take over your wedding.

I love being a photographer and I love doing it the way I do it. Do you say “yayyy” and “that’s it!” when swiping through my pictures? Are you happy about the analog way of shooting your wedding? I bet we’d be a great match! ♥
Hit me up via this formular or send me a message on my e-mail or Instagram.

I would be absolutely thrilled to be a part of your wedding day! ♥ It is always an honour and never “just another job” for me.
What I need to know first are the basics: when and where is your lovely wedding happening? How many hours/what parts of the day would you want me to document? What is your expected budget? (Yes, I know, this one is always a terrible topic, but we can work it out together.)
-
Are we going for flashed and funky or dreamy and romantic? Am I shooting colour? Black and white? Or both? Choose your prefered style and don’t be affraid to ask for something special.
Do you have an inspiration you’d like to follow? Let’s check it out and talk about it. I will then create a moodboard, so we both can see if we understand each other well. Forewarned is forearmed!

A real life contact (if possible) is the best way to get to know each other. I’d be very happy if we managed to arrange an offline meeting some time before the wedding.
We could have a look at the moodboard, make final adjustements and sort out other details of your wedding photoshoot.

Everybody is here and oh my God! You look amazing and I’m about to cry (which I will, just giving you the heads up, hahah!).
I will document your wedding day the best way I can and I’ll try to be the least intrusive while doing it. If agreed, we will share some special time together when we leave for a quick newlyweds photoshoot. Please, enjoy this moment alone as much as possible. It is probably going to be the only time of your wedding day when you can actually BE with the person you’ve chosen to spent the life with. It is your precious time to realize that it ~ your wedding ~ has actually happened. I will offer you the time and space to do so. ♥ And, of course, I’ll take some pictures here and there for you to remember this forever.

You, my friends, are officially a married couple. ♥ Congratulations, it was a pleasure to be your wedding photographer.
There’s a lot of work that has to be done on my side ~ first, I have to develop all the films. I’m developing all black & white films by myself. The colour ones have to be sent to the lab.
The next step is scanning and then post-processing in my PC. Many and many hours of work are ahead of me, but I will do me best and send you the finished batch of pictures as soon as possible (usually between two to four weeks).

Please, tell me how you like them! I’m always on pins and needles here, hahah.
Pictures are all yours, you can share them with your friends and family. If you are happy with them and want to give me the ultimate honour and final cry, tag butter.photo.cup on your socials when posting them. ♥
